How we construct our workshops
and programmes?
All Red Training workshops and
programmes are built to produce the following outcomes for all participants.
- An understanding of the context
surrounding the workshop.
- A variety of 'real' tools to
create positive outcomes.
- A clear way forward - well plotted
and future focused.
- A plan to implement - starting
immediately.
These outcomes are derived through
our training and learning methodology. Listed here is some of the
'methodology' that we employ in all our training workshops.
- Experiential learning - all participants
'have a go' at utilising and playing with their learning, throughout
the workshops.
- We vary the pace of the workshops
to meet individual learning requirements.
- All workshops are multi-sensory
and cater for multi-learning styles. This ensures greater, easier
and more deeply embedded learning opportunities for all.
- Participants are encouraged
to have future focused exploration; constantly asking, "How
can I use this?" and "Where can I use this?"
- Facilitators will challenge participants
to refer the learnings gained to their own situations to make
the connections they need to make.
- We create a 'safe' learning environment,
where we 'keep it real' without putting people under pressure.
- As participants progress through
the learning they build a plan of ideas and methods to improve
their future outcomes.
