This programme discovers how conflict
occurs and then how, as a manager, coach or leader, we work to resolve
conflict and create strong, long lasting relationships with others.
How does it work?
Participants understand how they are
handling their conflicts currently.Through the understanding of some
models from psychology and the use of case studies they will construct
an understanding of how to handle conflict in a quality way.

All those managers who need to maximise
their outcomes from conflict situations. Anyone who feels unable,
uncomfortable or unfulfilled when dealing with conflict.
