How I Learn
For organisations to grow and thrive
it is necessary for it's people to grow through learning. If you want
your people to accelerate their learning and they need first to understand
their learning preferences.
What's it all about?
'Understanding How I Learn' is about
discovering how learning styles and preferences vary and that we can
tailor the way in which we learn, teach and communicate to maximise
our effectiveness. By learning in the way that best suits our learning
style, we can accelerate the learning process so that we can learn
more, more quickly, and more thoroughly.
How does it work?
Drawing upon the extensive research
in this area, participants will have an opportunity to 'try out' the
different preferences and styles of learning to discover which ones
'fit' best for them. This will be a highly experiential workshop,
as participants will be utilising the different styles to learn about
the different styles, theory and implications.
Who is it for?
Anyone serious about improving the
way in which they learn. Also, this is very relevant to anyone wanting
to use an understanding of how people learn to improve the way in
which they coach, train or communicate.
What happens as a result?
Participants will leave feeling enlightened,
with a fuller understanding of their own learning style/preference
and that of others. Having learned in a way that suits their preferences,
they will have thoroughly enjoyed the learning process and will be
full of enthusiasm to take this away and make it work for them.
