If people are to meet the growing demands set before them in business
today, they need to grow and develop to meet the challenge. How will

What's it all about?
Understanding that we need to nurture the human talent in our organisation,
we begin to look at how to achieve it. By creating a mindset that
clearly identifies people as growing and learning creatures, we set
about creating ways to nurture them, to face the business challenges
ahead.
How does it work?
Participants focus on how to help people learn, communicate and grow.
Through practical utilisation of a variety of research and models,
they experience a whole 'gardener's tool bag' which will enable them
to grow their people. Participants will then create a plan for growth
for others in their organisation.
Who is it for?
This is particularly for managers/leaders who have people responsibility
and want a vibrant, practical set of 'tools' to invigorate and grow
their people. This module is also highly applicable to new managers,
managers of newly formed teams, or seasoned managers looking to develop
a culture of growth within their team.
What happens as a result?
Participants will possess a new view of others and will be able to
start 'growing' people immediately. Participants will leave with a
'gardener's tool bag' of practical models and research, and a clear
plan of their garden growing!
