What's it all about?
This workshop develops participant understanding of the duties and
challenges of being a manager of others. Participant's can expect
to look at how they currently work as a manager and discover all the
best practices, which need to be in place for them to be a solid and
respected manager of their people.
How does it work?
Through investigating different motivational styles, participants
gain a sophisticated understanding of themselves as a manager and
how the team around them are likely to react and work with them. Further
work on communication skills sharpens participant's abilities to deliver
their learning back into their teams through the plan they develop
during the workshop.

Those who are moving into, or have recently moved into, a managerial
or supervisory role and require a brilliant start.

Participants return to their role with confidence and certainty about
