What's it all about?
This workshop enables those who have people responsibilities to recognise who is under-performing; formulate the reason for why they are under-performing; and then create a plan to tackle and resolve it. Participants will get directly involved in the action during this workshop.

How does it work?
Through a careful stage-by-stage process, participants will formulate a strategy to ensure that all of their team are performing to the required standards. Through understanding and practicing using a tranch of management tools, participants will become great deliverers... through their people.
