What's it all about?
In this workshop, participants explore what 'vision' is, and learn
how to create a compelling vision for their teams. Communicating the
vision and creating the passion for people to drive on towards the
vision is the concluding part of an enthralling piece of learning.
How does it work?
Modelling and understanding the 'best' is where this workshop begins.
We look at the visions communicated by great leaders of the past,
and 'normal' people of today. Participants gain insights into the
psychology of creating vision and then begin to formulate their own,
pertinent to their context. Through live practice, sharing and feedback,
they work on how to communicate their vision. Finally we consider
the 'how's' around keeping it alive throughout the journey.

What happens as a result?
Throughout the day, participants will constantly make connections
to their own situations. They will formulate a clear path of how to
