What's it all about?
This workshop focuses on how managers and coaches can develop their skills and techniques to really motivate their sales team on to massive success. From using reward and recognition, to reinforcement theory, to creating vision and passion, participants will learn in 1 day what they otherwise may fail to learn in 10 years.

How does it work?
Participants build a plan throughout the day based upon motivating their team. The techniques practiced are all focused on sales teams and their over-achievement against target. Participants will explore the psychology of persuading others and be able to choose what is best for their context.

For the managers and coaches of sales teams - particularly excellent for sales management teams.

What happens as a result?
