What's it all about?
Participants will learn how to bring alive and sell a product that is a none-tangible item. Examples include holidays, insurance, loans, mortgages, warranties... anything you can't touch or see.

How does it work?
By understanding how to communicate a product as though it is real and tangible, so that a customer feels and sees it as tangible. This process contributes to customers' understanding that the product has substance and is truly valuable... and therefore, worth buying. Participants learn how to tap in to people's sensory preferences and then deliver the product to the customer in the most appealing way to them.

Who is it for?
All those who sell non-tangible products and services.

What happens as a result?
Participants will find selling non-tangibles more interesting, positively challenging and much more successful at doing it! They will also discover that customers will want to buy rather than having to be sold to.
