Team - Team Fun
Do teams in your organisation
need to re-energise and spend some quality time together?
What's it all about?
'Team Fun' brings teams together in a relaxed and informal way by
temporarily disabling the hierarchical 'shackles' of organisational
life. Learning much more about each other and the dynamics of the
team in a fun, stress-free environment is the key element of this
module.
How does it work?
Through a series of fast-paced, highly experiential team activities,
participants will gain insights into how to contribute more effectively
to the success of their team. They will discover some of the strengths
and areas of development for the team whilst having fun. Team members
will find themselves enjoying working with their colleagues, enabling
relationships to further strengthen.
Who is it for?
Teams formed recently or those being formed currently. Also, for those
teams under sustained pressure, or for those teams just needing a
break to have some fun!
What happens as a result?
Leaving with a 'team plan' and 'personal plan', teams re-enter the
organisation feeling energised and refreshed. This results in a renewed
team effort and focus back in the workplace.
